Star Phones is one of Australia's fastest-growing mobile phone repair and accessories retailers, with over 49 stores nationwide. We offer same-day repairs for cracked screens, battery replacements, charging ports, speaker issues, water damage, and more.

We also stock a huge range of accessories — cases, screen protectors, chargers, cables, power banks, wireless chargers, earphones, headphones, Bluetooth speakers, and wearables — keeping customers connected, protected, and powered up.

Your Role

As a Sales Assistant, you will:

  • Serve customers with friendly, professional advice
  • Promote and sell mobile accessories & repair services
  • Process transactions accurately
  • Assist with store presentation & stock replenishment
  • Provide basic technical guidance (training provided)

What We're Looking For

  • Retail or customer service experience (electronics/mobile preferred)
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn
  • Reliable and able to work flexible shifts (incl. weekends)
