Production Manager – Automotive Manufacturing

We're looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a trusted Australian automotive brand and play a key role in ensuring our products are built to the highest standards.

You'll oversee production planning, workflow, and team management to deliver efficient, safe, and high-quality output that supports our growing demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team of production staff to achieve consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement processes that improve safety, productivity, and output.
  • Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and management teams to align production with business goals.
  • Monitor production schedules, inventory, and quality standards to deliver on time and in full.

About You

  • Proven experience in a production management or supervisory role (manufacturing preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and guide a team.
  • Solid understanding of lean manufacturing, quality control, and workplace safety.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
