THE OPPORTUNITY

We're recruiting two Exploration Geologists for an exciting opportunity with a dynamic, up-and-coming gold exploration company operating in Western Australia. This is a critical role as the company prepares for a significant resource definition drill-out phase in 2026.

THE ROLE

As an Exploration Geologist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Geological interpretation and data analysis supporting exploration and resource definition activities
  • Drill program planning, supervision, and geological logging
  • Integration of geological, geochemical, and geophysical datasets
  • Report generation and technical documentation
  • Collaboration with the wider exploration and operational teams
  • Contributing to the company's transition into the resource definition phase

This is a hands-on role offering exposure across the full spectrum of exploration geology work.

ABOUT YOU

You'll have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in geology or related discipline
  • Solid experience in exploration geology, ideally 6 months-2 years (exploration and/or resource definition preferred)
  • Strong geological logging and data interpretation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in remote/on-site environments
  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities
  • A proactive, collaborative approach to work
  • Valid driving license
