About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Jacob Group of Companies' team as a Trainee Parts and/or Experienced Parts Interpreter in our Wodonga Prestige location. This full-time role will see you providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise in the parts department, supporting the wider automotive services team.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting customers with their parts and accessory needs, ensuring a positive experience
  • Identifying the right parts for repair and maintenance jobs using your technical knowledge
  • Processing orders and managing inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Supporting the wider workshop team by sourcing and supplying essential parts
  • Receiving and dispatching deliveries, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Participating in ongoing training to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

  • Interest or experience in the automotive industry, preferably within a parts department
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to provide excellent support
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop your technical parts knowledge
