Embark on a transformative journey with us as an Administration Officer, where your pivotal role supports, Defence students, and Wodonga Institute of TAFE personnel. In this dynamic position, you will specialise in providing essential administrative support, ensuring seamless trainee enrolment, monitoring training progress, evaluating 'on the job' training effectiveness, and facilitating the issuance of academic and trade certifications.

Selected Duties:

  • Established administrative knowledge with strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at handling challenging interactions and providing clear guidance to individuals and groups.
  • Exceptional time management, with the ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and solve problems independently in a fast-paced changing environment, that will need you to think on your feet.
  • Well-developed computer skills, especially within the Microsoft suite—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Sharp eye for detail with expertise in accurate data entry, database maintenance, and the ability to analyse and interpret data for insightful reporting

  • Minimum Certificate III in Business with equivalent demonstrated skills and/or experience in providing administration support services
  • Desirable K
