As a HiTech Account Manager or Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing a high level of customer service to clients and candidates
  • Attracting the right talent using different CRM platforms
  • Managing job advertisements and applications
  • Contributing to the end-to-end recruitment process in line with company policies.
  • Manage and maintain internal databases
  • Ad-hoc Administration Tasks as required

What you need to succeed?

  • Hands on experience in a customer service/Administration environment, OR some recruitment experience (internal or agency), OR a love for people and being target driven
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Able to work in a thriving and collaborating team environment
  • Positive attitude, organised, highly motivated, ambitious and wanting to learn new skills
