The Opportunity

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, quality-passionate Quality Systems Lead to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover). This is your chance to step into a meaningful role where you'll be the guardian of our quality systems, ensuring everything from supplier partnerships to certification audits runs like a well-oiled machine.

Reporting to our Quality Assurance Manager, you'll be at the heart of maintaining food safety excellence while working with a supportive team that's got your back.

What You'll Be Doing

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

• Lead artwork reviews with your eagle eyes, making sure every label is compliant and perfect
• Be the champion of our supplier management program and conduct raw material risk assessments
• Coordinate internal audits that keep us on track with HACCP, SQF, BRC, and customer requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across our Quality Management System
• Keep our certifications current and audits running smoothly
• Maintain legal compliance and food safety plans across the site
• Collaborate with passionate colleagues who genuinely care about quality

What We're Looking For

The Must-Haves:

• Degree in Food Science or related field
• 3-5 years in food manufacturing quality roles
• HACCP certification and GFSI knowledge
• Rock-solid experience with artwork reviews and supplier management
• Deep knowledge of FSANZ regulations and labelling laws
• Experience with HACCP, SQF, BRC, and Dairy Export standards
• Internal audit and document control expertise
