Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Electrical Substation Delivery Manager based in the Greater Brisbane Area, with partial work-from-home flexibility as the proejct life cycle permits. Responsibilities include overseeing the management of electrical substation delivery projects from inception to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards, and managing budgets. The role requires maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, identifying and mitigating project risks, and driving process improvements for continuous operational excellence.

Our model is a an employee profit sharing model. If you can drive the project successfully and outperform the base targets then you should enjoy the upside.

Qualifications

  • Strong Proven Project Management skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
  • Proficient in Team Management and fostering collaboration
  • Effective Communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management is valued but we respect expertise gained on the job as well.
