We are seeking a passionate and reliable Full-Time Educator to join our supportive team of professionals who are committed to creating engaging, child-led programs and fostering a culture of inclusion and respect.

About the Role

  • Support the planning and delivery of play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Create safe, inclusive, and engaging environments that promote children's wellbeing and development

  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and your fellow educators

  • Assist in maintaining compliance with the National Quality Standards (NQS) and Busy Bees policies

  • Work collaboratively within a team that values professional growth, respect, and open communication

What You'll Need

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

  • Working with Children Check (Employee) – NSW requirement

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting training

  • A passion for early education and a commitment to continuous learning

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
