**About you **

We are looking for an individual with a fun loving personality, great energy and full of confidence to join our team as a **Promotions Attendant**

We need someone that is keen to get out there, have some fun and not be afraid to jump behind the mic and get the show on the road

**About the role...**

Key responsibilities include:

- Jump on the mic as a host to deliver the promotional material by engaging the patrons in the activities
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service and build rapport with club members and patrons, whilst having a strong understanding of the importance of customer loyalty and retention strategies
- Have a strong understanding of the information and rules regarding promotions and upcoming activities
- Build excitement and create a fun, enjoyable atmosphere for those chiming in

Some examples of the promotions are, but not limited to:

- Members Raffles
- Birthday Draws
- Cash Carnival Promotions
- Members Cash Giveaways

**To be successful in this role you would need to possess the following**:
Essential skills and competencies:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Excellent organisational skills
- Confidence and ability to speak on a microphone
- High level of grooming and personal presentation standards

Experience and Qualifications:

- Current Qld RSG & RSA
- Experience in TAB, Keno & Gaming would be advantageous
