We are building a talent pool of solicitors to fill current and upcoming opportunities within the Legal and Legislative Services (LLS) team within DTMI. We are seeking Generalist lawyers, Property lawyers and Infrastructure/Construction Lawyers to be a part of DTMI and the meaningful work we do for the Western Australian Community.
The LLS division of the DTMI has become well known as being an employer of choice. The team is comprised of diverse, experienced and professional Legal Practitioners who enjoy a positive work environment and good work life balance. In the team, there is a strong focus on opportunities for people to be mentored on complex maters as well as opportunities to operate in areas of personal interest and strength.

DTMI has a sizeable lease portfolio involving the leasing of land and waters for commercial and community recreational purposes. Well known properties within the portfolio include the Fremantle Fishing Boat Harbour and Hillarys Boat Harbour.

You will also be expected to draft routine Agreements.
Infrastructure/Construction Lawyers (SCL3/5)
