Are you a strategic people leader with a passion for driving transformation and shaping workplace culture? We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a key role in enabling organisational success through impactful people strategies and leadership partnership.

Reporting to the National People & Performance Manager, this role partners closely with senior operational leaders to deliver on our people agenda—building leadership capability, accelerating business performance, and fostering a culture where our people thrive.

The role:

  • Lead strategic HR initiatives that align workforce capability with evolving business goals.
  • Partner with senior leaders to design and implement people strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and growth.
  • Provide high-level advice on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, compliance, and best practice outcomes.
  • Use data insights to identify trends, manage risk, and drive proactive workforce solutions.
  • Champion leadership development and coach managers to build capability, confidence, and team performance.
  • Oversee key change management programs, including restructures and cultural transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Shared Services to deliver seamless HR support and business outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including senior business partnering within large, complex, or matrixed organisations.
  • Demonstrated success leading people strategies that drive performance and cultural change.
  • Strong commercial acumen, organisational design, and workforce planning experience.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in execution and delivery.
