The Opportunity

This is a fixed-term, four-month contract based in Melbourne managing several brand client projects. This includes fan activations and marquee builds.

About You
You're an Event or Operations Manager with a passion for sports and a drive to deliver high-impact experiences. With a background in event management, brand activations, greenfield site and operational delivery, you thrive on crafting unique, high-end events that excite and inspire.
You'll Bring
- A strong desire to deliver operationally to the highest standard
- Expertise in project & event management and execution of standout event builds.
- A strategic mindset for seamlessly integrating brands, campaigns, and products into immersive activations.
- A guest-first approach, ensuring every experience is engaging, seamless, and aligned with client values.
- Strong multitasking abilities to juggle multiple projects while managing CAPs, run sheets, budgets, and finance processes.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to maintaining strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- A keen eye for risk management and compliance, ensuring flawless execution every time.
