HIRING: Casual/Part-Time/Fulltime FOH Staff

We're currently looking for a casual or part-time /Full TimeFront of House team member to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Must hold a valid RSA and Food Handling Certificate
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a restaurant setting
  • Confident in table service and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of customer service and a genuine passion for hospitality

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Take and deliver orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide attentive service and handle guest requests promptly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all guest areas.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
  • Handle payments and operate the POS system correctly.
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience
