About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Bakery Assistant to join our team at rainforest bakery' in Everton Hills, QLD. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in providing an exceptional customer experience in our thriving retail bakery.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the preparation, display, and sale of our delicious baked goods
  • Providing friendly and efficient customer service, including taking orders and processing payments
  • Ensuring the bakery is always well-stocked and presented to the highest standard
  • Helping to maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Supporting the wider bakery team as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the retail or hospitality industry
  • An enthusiastic and friendly demeanour, with a passion for providing excellent customer service
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work well as part of a team
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to working, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
