About the Role

We're on the lookout for a
Customer Care Coordinator
to join our team in
Northfield, Adelaide, South Australia
. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and being the go-to person customers rely on.

You'll be the first point of contact for builders, plumbers, contractors, and distributors — helping them with enquiries, coordinating orders, and ensuring they get the support they need. Don't worry if you don't have technical product knowledge yet — we'll provide training to help you learn our range and develop the confidence to assist customers.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with our logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to make sure customer needs are met with speed, accuracy, and care. If you're looking to build your skills and career in a supportive environment, this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Answer inbound calls and emails, providing friendly and professional support
  • Assist customers with product enquiries, orders, and basic troubleshooting
  • Prepare quotes and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate between warehouse, logistics, and external sales teams
  • Keep CRM and order records accurate and up to date
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers
  • Proactively look for ways to improve customer experience

What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication skills – both over the phone and in writing
  • A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help and solve problems
  • Previous experience in customer service, customer-facing admin, or call-centre type roles
  • Willingness to learn technical product information with training
  • High attention to detail and good computer skills (Microsoft 365 essential)
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
