Requirements:

  • Access to a registered vehicle with insurance and a valid driver's license

  • Prior experience working in Disability or Community Support (Advantage) or Mental Health

  • Experience working as a mentor (Advantage)

  • Ability to drive company vehicle (Auto)

  • Prior experience in Disability or Aged Care (Advantage)

  • Medication Charts documentation experience (Advantage)

  • Compliance with policies, procedures, and Healing Minds SA Core Values

  • Proficient English language skills (verbal and written)

  • Handling client issues to ensure they are managed in a timely and professional manner

  • Flexible to cover shift cancellations on weekdays and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience

  • Cert III in Individual Support/Aged-Disability or equivalent (Completed or Enrolled)

  • Assist with Medication Training (Advantage)

  • Hours: per week – Depending on your work flexibility

  • Salary: $33.00 – $43.00 per hour – Depending on work experience and qualification
