About the Role

As a Showroom Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and visually appealing environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Providing product information and supporting customers to make informed purchasing decisions
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the showroom floor
  • Arranging and restocking furniture displays to ensure visual appeal
  • Collaborating with the visual merchandising team to implement display updates
  • Processing customer transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Assisting with inventory management tasks as required

About You

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in a retail customer service role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for interior design and home furnishings
  • Basic computer skills for transaction processing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Visual merchandising experience highly regarded
  • Availability to work Saturdays is essential
