Our company specializes in the manufacture, supply & distribution of high quality industrial products.We are seeking a person who is interested in completing a Sheet Metal - Light Fabrication Apprenticeship to join our passionate team. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be trustworthy, have an eye for detail, be punctual, have excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and work in a team environment.

You will be studying a Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade (Light Fabrication)

Tasks will include but not limited to:

  • Learning all aspects of Metal Fabrication
  • Workshop based
  • Listening and following instructions from supervisors
  • Followoing all WH&S Policies and procedures
  • General housekeeping
  • Welding, cutting, bending sheet metal
  • Attending and passing TAFE

Essential Criteria:

  • Drivers Licence
  • Strong safety performance ad previous employment/ study
  • Desire to learn
  • Have a genuine interest in sheet metal fabrication.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Any previous experience with welding or metal fabrication work favourable.
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Be a strong communicator
  • Possess a good work ethic
  • Be a proven team player
