Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a flexible part-time – school hours role in a supportive team environment? We're seeking a Branch Administration Assistant to join our office based in Sunshine, providing essential administrative support across our Pre-Construction & Residential Pest Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:


• General administrative duties including data entry and document management


• Assisting with customer enquiries and communications


• Supporting technicians and operational staff with daily workflow


• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with reporting


• Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth branch operations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems


• Previous experience in administration
