Synergie is seeking a Trade Assistant for a client specialising in the production of high-quality agricultural equipment and component, located in wingfield.

You will be working on Day Shift with and the chance to secure a long-term role in a clean, modern workshop.

Shift Details:

Day Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 2:30pm, Friday 6:00am – 12:00pmPay Rate: $32+ per hour (depending on experience)

Duties include:

Cutting steel to size using various toolsPunching holes and assisting in fabrication workReading and interpreting technical drawings and specificationsGeneral trade assistant duties to support the production teamUsing hand and power toolsMaintaining a clean and safe work area

What we're looking for:

Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environmentAbility to confidently read and interpret technical drawings (essential)Competent with hand and power toolsPhysically fit, reliable, and a team playerForklift license is an advantage (not essential)
