About Us

BK's Learn to Swim is dedicated to providing high-quality, nurturing, and confidence-building swimming lessons for children of all ages. Our Clyde North centre is a friendly and supportive environment where families feel welcome and children thrive.

The Role

As Centre Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the centre and ensuring exceptional service for our families and team. You'll play a key role in driving growth, fostering a strong team culture, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of swim teachers and customer service staff
  • Oversee daily operations including class scheduling, staffing, and customer enrolments
  • Build strong relationships with families and support a positive customer experience
  • Drive local area marketing to grow membership and community awareness
  • Ensure safety, compliance, and centre presentation standards are met
  • Manage reporting, budgeting, and key performance indicators
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff training

About You:

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Have previous leadership or management experience (swim school, fitness, education or customer-focused industries is ideal)
  • Are passionate about children's development and creating meaningful customer experiences
  • Have strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Can lead by example and foster a warm, supportive team culture
  • Are confident using systems and comfortable learning new software

Hold (or are willing to obtain):

  • Working With Children Check
  • CPR & First Aid certifications
  • Swim Australia or AUSTSWIM Teacher qualifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
