Come join Corporate Enterprise Solutions as a Team Leader where you will contribute to the delivery of customer focused Payroll services to clients of Queensland Health through leadership and management of payroll and related administrative processes and systems.
As a Team Leader, you will allocate work as required to meet payroll processing requirements and timeframes to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery outcomes. You will maintain advanced knowledge of payroll processes, timeframes and requirements to deliver quality payroll outcomes and to contribute to process and workflow improvement and efficiencies. Additionally, you will participate in client engagement meetings and maintain regular communications with line managers to provide advice concerning payroll timeframes, processes and requirements relating to forms and roster submission timelines.
Key competencies/suitability (role specific criteria and personal qualities):
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to apply them in managing daily operations of a team to provide customer-focussed service in a large, complex and diverse environment.
- Ability to contribute to and lead continuous quality improvement initiatives, strategies and principles in a team environment.
- High level knowledge of Payroll Services with demonstrated ability to provide accurate advice in accordance with relevant industrial legislation.
