Responsibilities
Team Introduction

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Content & Campaign Coordinator to support the growth and engagement of our TikTok Creator Network. This role will involve hands-on content creation, community management, copywriting, project coordination, and campaign support across TikTok and other social media platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining our brand voice, driving audience engagement, and supporting marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

  • Monitor and engage with the TikTok Creator Network community by responding to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Track engagement metrics to evaluate content performance and identify successful strategies
  • Stay up to date with TikTok trends, audio clips, challenges, and new platform features
  • Propose fresh and creative content ideas to support creator activity and brand visibility

Content Creation

  • Develop original, engaging TikTok video content, including ideation, filming, and basic editing
  • Design visually appealing graphics and presentation materials for use across social media and campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all content, platforms, and marketing touchpoints

Copywriting

  • Write compelling and platform-appropriate copy for TikTok posts and community communication
  • Draft marketing content tailored to different audience segments
  • Maintain a consistent and on-brand tone of voice across all channels

Project Management

  • Manage small-scale marketing projects from concept to delivery
  • Create and manage content calendars and social media campaign timelines
  • Support the planning and execution of virtual and in-person marketing events
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external collaborators to ensure smooth execution

Additional Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and audience behaviors
  • Assist with implementing cross-channel marketing strategies
  • Collect and analyze campaign data for performance reporting and insights
  • Provide administrative support for TikTok Creator Network marketing operations
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for future campaigns and growth initiatives

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably for TikTok
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic video editing and graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, etc.)
  • Highly organized with good time management and project coordination abilities
  • Up-to-date with current digital trends and TikTok platform developments
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for creator culture
