About Our Team

TikTok LIVE Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes. As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides robust and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in November / December 2025. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships

  • From December February 2026 (onboard by 15 Dec 2025)

Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for TikTok LIVE Revenue & Campaign Product, responsible for overall user experience for respective category domains and different user cases, providing tailored solutions to respective categories, contributing to improving User Experience and Revenue Growth.
  • Utilize data analysis, industry research, and user feedback to identify optimization opportunities, supporting the design and implementation of product solutions.
  • Help drive improvements in user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention by assisting with product planning and collaborating on operational initiatives.
  • Understanding of the industry ecosystem, including creators, creator networks, and users, to help streamline product offerings, and build trust for better business growth.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, mathematics, or statistics preferred. Or current full-time MBA/ Master student or equivalent experience.
  • Solid understanding of product planning and strategy, with the ability to break down business problems into product solutions and proactively develop short, medium, and long-term plans for execution.
  • Strong data analysis skills to identify product challenges and propose actionable product solutions independently.
  • Good user empathy and business acumen, with the ability to understand project contexts and evaluate outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to identify issues, facilitate communication between teams, and effectively manage resources. Well-developed interpersonal skills and a strong ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in product management, preferably with a background in content and livestream community, as well as international product experience.
  • Preferred experience in the user/revenue/transaction/platform product field.
