Position Overview:

As a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and organizing maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations. Key duties include creating project schedules, managing contract agreements, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting teams across departments. You must be skilled in using SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel to successfully manage these responsibilities. Good English communication skills, both written and spoken, are also essential for this role.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role (5-10 years' experience preferred)
  • Strong skills in SAP, Medium/Advanced level Microsoft Office (Excel and Project) for planning and scheduling
  • Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Relevant Trade Qualification and experience in fixed plant maintenance advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work well with diverse teams and communicate clearly
  • Able to work in remote and isolated mining sites, living in "camp" style accommodation
