strategic Senior FP&A Manager
, where you'll partner with LT to shape divisional strategy, drive performance, and influence large-scale transformation initiatives.

  • Highly commercial role partnering directly with Senior Leaders
  • $170k to $180k + Super + Bonus
  • Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days WFH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the performance management function, delivering strategic insights that drive business outcomes
  • Develop and enhance financial models, reporting, and forecasting processes to improve decision-making and accuracy
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Retail Banking to drive transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities
  • Champion continuous improvement, streamlining processes and embedding best practice across performance management

Your background:

  • CA or CPA qualified
  • Extensive financial services experience, ideally within banking
  • Excellent stakeholder management and a proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of process improvements & automation
  • Strong financial modelling skillset, with the ability to translate outputs into usable insights
