strategic Senior FP&A Manager
, where you'll partner with LT to shape divisional strategy, drive performance, and influence large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Highly commercial role partnering directly with Senior Leaders
- $170k to $180k + Super + Bonus
- Hybrid working arrangement with 2 days WFH
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the performance management function, delivering strategic insights that drive business outcomes
- Develop and enhance financial models, reporting, and forecasting processes to improve decision-making and accuracy
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Retail Banking to drive transformation initiatives and support strategic priorities
- Champion continuous improvement, streamlining processes and embedding best practice across performance management
Your background:
- CA or CPA qualified
- Extensive financial services experience, ideally within banking
- Excellent stakeholder management and a proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
- Commercial mindset with a track record of process improvements & automation
- Strong financial modelling skillset, with the ability to translate outputs into usable insights
