Senior Account Director – SaaS / GRC / Enterprise Clients

Location: Remote or Sydney-based preferred

ReadiNow is a leading Australian SaaS company delivering AI-powered, no-code automation for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), operational resilience, and regulatory transformation.

We are seeking a Senior Account Director to lead strategic expansion across key enterprise accounts, with a strong focus on the Australian financial services sector.

Role Overview

You will lead key account expansion within a portfolio of enterprise clients. This is a hands-on, senior role for a detail-oriented professional with deep GRC experience, strong commercial capability, and the confidence to engage senior executives with clarity and influence.

Responsibilities


• Expand and manage strategic enterprise accounts across financial services and regulated sectors


• Lead complex sales cycles focused on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies


• Drive SaaS growth through license consolidation and co-terming models


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery


• Maintain high standards of reporting, forecasting, and pipeline discipline

Qualifications


• Minimum 3 years' experience in GRC solution sales (essential)


• Proven track record in a similar role over the past 3 years


• Demonstrated success with Australian financial services institutions (FSI experience essential)


• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with a hunter mindset for account expansion


• Deep knowledge of SaaS commercial models, including consolidation and co-terming


• Exceptional presentation skills, with the presence and confidence to 'own the room'


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
