Boutique dental practice in Brighton-Le-Sands is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic staff member to join our close-knit team. Experience in Dental Assisting preferred not essential .

  • Casual Dental assistant
  • Are you looking for a Traineeship in Dental Assisting ?Have you recently finished school ?
  • Suitable for someone returning to the workforce

If you have a minimum of 1 years experience in dental assisting or dental reception, even allied health care we'd love to hear from you. We will cross train you in all areas of dentistry to increase your skill set.

The role:

  • Chairside assisting
  • Reception and front desk duties desirable
  • Reprocessing and sterilization of instruments
  • Stock control and ordering
  • Infection control duties
  • Preparing rooms for clinical treatment
  • Experience with Dental Software preferred (training provided if needed)

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine interest in providing high quality dental care
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
  • A good sense of personal and professional presentation
  • A positive attitude coupled with a cheerful, compassionate nature
  • Certificate III in Dental Assisting (or willingness to obtain while training)
  • Current Working With Children Check or ability to obtain before starting
