As an Educator, you'll play a vital role in creating safe, fun, and nurturing environments where children thrive. You'll be supported by a passionate team and encouraged to grow your skills through ongoing opportunities for learning and development.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking educators who:

  • Are passionate about early learning and nurturing children's potential
  • Collaborate with their team to create engaging educational programs
  • Foster inclusive, fun, and effective learning environments
  • Are creative, reflective, and open to continuous learning
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community
  • Understand and apply the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Are flexible, reliable, and committed to professional excellence

Qualifications & Requirements

Educators:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
  • Current Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Lead Educators:

  • Diploma (or Certificate III) in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
  • Experience working with children aged 6 weeks to 6 years
  • Current Blue Card and First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
