Responsibilities

As an Educator at Living Faith, you'll be a key part of a passionate, supportive team that puts children's needs first. You'll:

• Engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities that encourage learning and build confidence.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where every child feels welcome and supported.
• Develop and deliver programs aligned with the National Quality Framework and tailored to each child's interests and needs.
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate closely with your team to provide high-quality care and education.
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe learning space.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who brings enthusiasm, empathy, and a genuine love for early learning. Ideally, you'll have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (or be actively working towards it).
• Experience working in an early learning setting (preferred).
• Solid understanding of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
• A current Blue Card, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset.
• A commitment to nurturing children's growth — socially, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.
• A willingness to support the Christian ethos of our service.
• Completed relevant Child Protection Training course (as per Section 162A of the Education and Care Services National Law)
• Food Handling experience (desired but not essential).
