At ISO Physiotherapy, we're reshaping how the Eastern Suburbs approach their health. Located in the heart of Bondi Junction, our two-level clinic features a large on-site gym, a resident massage therapist, and a boutique Pilates studio.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years out and confident managing a general musculoskeletal caseload

• Passionate about hands-on and exercise-based rehab
• Friendly, open-minded and ready to grow within a team
• Strong communicator who enjoys building lasting client relationships
• Loves being busy, learning from others, and contributing to something bigger

About the Role

• Full-time position (38 hours/week), including clinical + non-clinical development time
• Includes Saturday mornings to start, but with the opportunity to transition to a flexible 4-day work week over time
• Work within a supportive team of 4 physiotherapists, learning from different experience levels
• 80% private clientele – professional, engaged and ready to invest in their health
• Potential to be involved with a semi-professional soccer club, depending on interest and availability
• Opportunity to contribute to our online content, blogs and education sessions
• Work closely with a strong referrer network and collaborate on care pathways

Day-to-Day Expectations

Clinical:

• Deliver structured management plans using manual therapy, exercise, and communication
• Use Physitrack, detailed note-taking, and regular outcome tracking
• Escalate non-responders through team support or imaging

Client Experience:

• Create consistent "WOW" experiences
• Follow up discharged patients or those lost to follow-up
• Build rapport through small touches (remember names, goals, personal wins)

Learning & Development:

• Attend weekly internal PD, monthly personal development, and quarterly goal sessions
• Keep up with research, implement learnings, and share back to the team
• Contribute 1 blog or social media post monthly

Team & Culture:

• Be on time, positive, proactive and accountable
• Attend agile board meetings weekly
• Provide honest feedback and take feedback with growth in mind

What You'll Need

• Bachelor or Masters in Physiotherapy
• AHPRA registration and insurances
• APA Member
• Professional insurances (PL and PI)
• SIRA registration and Medicare provider number (or eligible)
• Police Check & First Aid (as required)

The Pay Structure

• Base salary above award (reviewed yearly)
• Transition to 40% commission + super (after first 3–6 months)
• Clear pathway to increase earnings as your caseload and impact grow
