About ISO Physiotherapy

Located in the heart of Bondi Junction, our two-level clinic features an on-site gym, six treatment rooms and a boutique Pilates studio — a complete environment for active, movement-based rehabilitation.

We're a close-knit team of 3 full-time Physiotherapists and a Sports Massage Therapist, known for:

• Providing high-level musculoskeletal and sports rehab care through hands-on treatment, exercise prescription and communication.
• Maintaining a low patient churn, high-quality care model with longer appointment times and high consult value.
• Fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment — no silos, no egos, just teamwork.
• Helping clinicians carve out career pathways toward leadership, flexibility and financial growth.

The Role

You'll be part of a collaborative and motivated team within our Bondi Junction clinic, supported by an experienced senior physiotherapist offering weekly mentoring sessions and fortnightly team case reviews.

This full-time role (38 hours per week) includes protected professional development time, external course support, and the opportunity to transition toward a flexible 4-day work week as your caseload grows.

Remuneration:

Competitive base salary $100,000 – $140,000 + super, depending on experience and performance. You'll enjoy a strong private caseload (85% private-pay clients) and a supportive, team-first culture that rewards both clinical excellence and work-life balance.
