The Music Store Sales & Service Associate is the backbone of our store, providing exceptional customer service while managing daily operations and basic technical services. This role requires a passion for music, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, answering queries via phone, email, text and in-person regarding products, services, and general music knowledge.
  • Merchandise & Sales: Manage all aspects of the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash handling and invoicing. Maintain an attractive and well-stocked retail floor.
  • Store Upkeep: Ensure the store's presentation meets high standards, including general store maintenance, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Instrument Services: Perform basic guitar repair and servicing, such as restringing, setups, and minor adjustments.
  • Marketing & Trends: Create engaging social media content (photos, videos, posts) to promote products and services. Stay current with music trends and technology to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $31.19 – $40.53 per hour
