The Opportunity

We're seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our growing team.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a broad foundation in design and construction, supported by experienced engineers who are closely involved in every project.

You'll contribute to:

  • Highly constrained, complex designs
  • Structural assessments and reporting
  • Brownfield design and strengthening solutions
  • Design modelling in Strand7 and Space Gass
  • Site inspections and construction support

You'll gain meaningful experience across design, documentation, and delivery — with the chance to see your work built.


About You

We're looking for a recent or soon-to-graduate civil or structural engineer who's interested in how design translates to construction.

You will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree (or near completion) in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • A solid understanding of engineering principles and design fundamentals
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in practical, buildable design
  • The right to work in Australia

Some familiarity with common structural design or drafting software is an advantage but not essential.
