What We Offer:
Base Rate AND Uncapped Commissions – Unlike most other sales roles, we are confident enough in our training that we pay a guaranteed daily base rate, plus weekly commissions. On target earnings for staff in their first year with us (so base plus comms) is usually between $75,000 - $95,000.
Industry-Leading Education – Our comprehensive training and support program for our staff includes: a fully online sales training video platform, paid in-office training each morning, each new team member being assigned an experienced mentor to help them get up to speed, access to a network of over 170 like-minded sales killers across Aus and NZ, and much more.
Paid Travel Opportunities – Regular opportunities to fly all around the country to work, with access to national and international conferences, as well as the opportunity to work with our international teams
