Explore the Opportunity

An opportunity has become available for a Marketing Manager to join our Campaigns and Branding team. Your role will be to manage and execute the Australian Pork consumer brand across the domestic fresh pork market.

Here's a snapshot of your day-day activities:

  • Maintaining strong day to day relationships with key agency partners across creative, media and social.

  • Translating marketing strategy into creative and media execution - managing the end-to-end process across briefing, planning, execution and post campaign reporting.

  • Collaborating with our Communications and Insights & Category team, in the execution of campaign development, amplification and delivery, across key strategic programs.

  • Managing campaign execution across channels.

  • Planning the seasonal marketing calendar and assisting the Head of Campaigns and Branding Marketing with the marketing strategy.

  • Driving energy and engagement for Australian Pork consumer campaigns, across a broad range of internal/external stakeholders.

  • Working with the Category team to manage the communication of campaign updates to key retail and supply chain stakeholders.

About You

To be standout for this role, you'll be able to tick the following boxes:

  • A degree in marketing, business, advertising or a related field.

  • 3 years prior experience working in a similar role.

  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

  • Budget and project management experience.

  • The ability to interpret data and turn into actionable insights.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a diverse set of stakeholders.

  • Results focused with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines.

  • Creative thinking and a passion for branding

You'll also have:

  • A willingness to work in and contribute to a tight team environment.

  • A positive can-do attitude with a hunger for learning.

  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail.

  • A flexible approach to managing the day-to-day requirements of the role.

Location and Hours

This is a full-time role based in our Sydney office - hybrid work options are available.
