- Manage content calendars aligned with show launches, campaigns, and sponsor commitments.
- Monitor engagement and conversations, particularly within Australia's startup ecosystem.
- Track and report on key metrics (growth, engagement, conversions).
- Collaborate with podcast producers, hosts, and sponsors to amplify content and brand campaigns.

- Demonstrated ability to grow and engage professional audiences online.
- Proficiency with content editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar).
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for founders, investors, and operators.
- Familiarity with podcasting or startup ecosystems a strong plus.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, founder-led environment.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to shape and grow the voice of a leading podcast network in the Australian startup scene.
