We are seeking a talented Content Creator (Marketing) to join our team at Elements Dining Group, a multi-brand hospitality business with five venues across Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, managing social media campaigns, and driving engagement across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and publish photo and video content for all venues under Elements Dining Group
  • Manage and grow social media accounts including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Produce Reels, TikToks, and UGC-style campaigns aligned with promotions, events, and new menu launches
  • Collaborate with influencers, food bloggers, and marketing teams
  • Track and report social media performance analytics to optimise content strategy
  • Edit high-quality short-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, CapCut, and Google VEO 3
  • Update visual content on websites and digital menus

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and CapCut
  • Strong understanding of social media growth strategies and engagement tactics
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

About Us:

Elements Dining Group operates three hospitality brands - Elements Bar and Grill, Elements Brasserie, and Elements Smokehouse and Bar with venues across Pyrmont, Walsh Bay, Haberfield, Belmore, and Darlinghurst.
