ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Operations team at our branch based in Milperra, 2214. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. This role has the ability to offer:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Entering the make, model and serial number of all incoming industrial assets into our system
• Take photographs of the trucks, machinery & Trailers to ensure customers have an accurate image of the stock for sale (training provided)
• Assist other team members with their duties when required
• Locate, move (using a forklift), and record the movements of all assets
• Conduct daily prestart forklift checks, weekly detail and maintenance checks, and complete forklift logbooks to ensure all activities are carried out in a safe manner.
• Load/unload trucks of assets efficiently to ensure they are delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist with the preparation of the weekly auction
• Maintain a safe work environment and following all WHS policies and procedures

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a similar role or similar industry will be highly regarded
• Sound ability to use an iPad
• A strong commitment to safety
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment
• Forklift License preferred
