The Role

We are seeking a fulltime, dedicated and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our very experienced, diverse and friendly team. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will guide our team of Housekeeping Attendants and ensure they achieve 5-star cleanliness of our guest rooms and public areas. You will closely work together with our Executive Housekeeper, Assistant Executive Housekeeper and team of experienced Supervisors. You are a team player, strong communicator and natural leader

About You


• The ability to demonstrate and deliver 5-Star service with a can-do attitude


• Previous experience in a hotel environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel


• Previous experience as a housekeeping team leader or housekeeping supervisor


• A willingness to follow and teach Work, Health & Safety guidelines


• Good communication skills – please note you may need to carry a phone whilst on shift

Pay Rates

This is a full time opportunity, you will be expected to be available for rotating shifts (including PM shift) from Monday - Sunday. Our rates are as per the Hospitality Industry General Award, Level 5 - Guest Service Supervisor.

Working Rights

Please note that this role requires ongoing, full time Australian Working Rights.
