We're looking for an Apparel & Accessories Buyer who lives and breathes product, spots trends before they peak, and knows how to turn insight into commercial results. From must-have seasonal looks to statement accessories, you'll curate a range that stops shoppers in their tracks.

What you'll do:

• Define and deliver the apparel & accessories category strategy to hit sales, margin, and growth targets.
• Build trend-led, value-driven assortments that excite customers and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Identify "white space" opportunities and move fast to fill them with high-impact product.
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing, margin, exclusivity, and agility.
• Work closely with marketing, eCom, and logistics to ensure perfectly timed product drops and compelling online presentation.
• Monitor trade performance and make rapid, data-led decisions on rebuys, markdowns, and promotions.
• Execute clearance strategies to move aged stock while protecting profitability.

What you'll bring:

• Proven buying experience in apparel and/or accessories in a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment.
• Strong analytical skills with confidence in trading dashboards, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Skilled negotiator with supplier management experience, including global sourcing.
• Track record of scaling assortments while protecting margin and managing tight inventory.
• A passion for fashion, trends, and understanding what makes customers click "add to cart."
• Proactive, agile, and hands-on with a genuine love for product and customers.
