Operations Assistant – Part-Time

West End, Brisbane | 3–4 days/week | Flexible hours | Join one of Australia's fastest-growing pharmacy groups

Are you studying at uni or TAFE and looking for a flexible part-time gig that adds real value to your resume? We're seeking an enthusiastic and intuitive assistant to support our experienced Operations Team in our beautiful West End office.

This is your chance to dive into the behind-the-scenes of a national retail business
Day to day, you'll be:

Handling general admin duties
Responding to emails and calls
Assisting with operational tasks
Supporting a collaborative and passionate team

You're someone who is:

Super organised
Communicative and confident
A fast learner and problem solver
Strong computer, Microsoft Office, and social media skills would be beneficial
Bonus points if you've worked in a pharmacy, office, or PA/assistant role – but it's not a dealbreaker
