Join a busy and growing maintenance team maintaining over 150 properties across Perth.

We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Gardener to join our team based in Bibra Lake. You'll be working alongside our head gardeners across a wide range of commercial and residential properties, helping keep every site in top condition.


About the Role

You'll start and finish each day at our Bibra Lake depot, where you'll meet the team and head out in company vehicles to sites throughout the Perth metro area.

Some days you'll be working in a team, and other days independently depending on the job schedule.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start for the right candidate.


Your Day-to-Day Duties
  • Mowing and edging of lawns
  • Gardening, hedging, and pruning
  • Weeding and weed spraying
  • Fertilizing lawns and garden beds
  • General site clean-ups and waste removal
  • Assisting with reticulation testing and minor repairs (breaks, solenoids, etc.)
  • Reporting any site issues or maintenance needs to the head gardener

All work is completed using brand new Stihl equipment and John Deere mowers, ensuring you've got the best tools for the job.


About You

We're after someone who's motivated, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working outdoors.

You'll need:

  • Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
  • Basic reticulation knowledge (preferred but not essential)
Valid driver's license and reliable transport to and from the Bibra Lake base
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised when required
  • Good communication skills and positive attitude
