We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Tyre Fitter to join our friendly crew on a full-time basis. You'll be reporting to the Store Manager and working ability to work across car, truck, and fleet tyre services.

Bridgestone Select Spearwood is an independently owned store. We're a supportive team that prides itself on great customer service, professionalism, and a fun, hands-on work environment.

What you'll do

  • Fit, repair and replace tyres and wheels
  • Perform wheel balancing, tyre diagnostics, rotations, and pressure checks
  • Assist customers with tyre selections and advice
  • Keep the workshop safe, clean and organised
  • Work independently with a strong focus on safety

What we're looking for

  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong customer service skills
  • Reliability and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in tyre fitting is desirable, but not essential – full training provided
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment
