Service Advisor – Keep Our Workshop Running Smooth

At Hawkdiesel, we've built a reputation on expertise — especially in Detroit Diesel engines and Eaton Autoshift transmissions. Now we're looking for a Service Advisor who can match that same level of precision on the front desk.

  • Strong computer skills (MechanicDesk experience a bonus)

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist clients with confidence and care
  • Book and invoice jobs using MechanicDesk software
  • Order parts and keep workflow moving
  • Relay jobs and manage technicians' schedules to stay on track
  • Input daily kpi data into spreadsheets
  • Maintain an inventory of stocked spare parts
