Business Development Manager

Activeport seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the Sydney team with Telco experience and a proven track record in selling tech solutions to senior managers and C-level executives. Key responsibilities include driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
The position will involve
• Direct Sales: Engage potential enterprise clients and present our tech solutions.
• Market Expansion: Explore new market segments and enhance brand visibility.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with senior executives, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Master our SDN, Network SaaS, and cloud services to articulate their benefits.
• Strategic Development: Collaborate on sales strategies and support marketing campaigns.
• Market Analysis & Goal Achievement: Stay updated on industry trends, exceed sales targets, and report activities to management.
Who you are
– 3+ years of experience in Tech sales to C-level executives.
– Experience in Telco or Data Centre industries is preferred
– SaaS, and cloud services knowledge an asset
– Proven record of exceeding sales quotas and strong negotiation skills.
