Ideally, we'd love for you to hold:

  • A strong focus on Image of Child
  • The proven ability to plan, implement and evaluate programs through a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Prior leadership experience in mentoring educators to meet high standards of curriculum and documentation
  • An ACECQA-approved Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or willingness to study towards a Diploma qualification within 3 months of commencement)
  • A current and State relevant Working with Children's Check
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willingness to obtain upon commencement)
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain).
