The Role

Reporting to the Coordinator Customer Experience and based in Windsor, this position delivers a strong customer service experience and assists Council by handling internal and external customer enquiries. This role includes providing administrative support, record keeping, and accounting duties associated with the operation of Council services.

About You

You will be a highly motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal skills. You are results orientated and have a flexible approach to problem solving. You will be adept at building and maintaining collaborative relationships and will have a demonstrated background in a Customer Service Centre environment.

Essential Criteria

  • Previous Customer Service Call Centre experience
  • Touch typing data entry experience
  • Demonstrated administration skills using MS Office applications
  • Previous experience cashiering, including end of day reconciliations
  • Ability to understand and interpret maps and plans
  • Demonstrated history of effective and efficient management of customer complaints
  • Demonstrated competence interacting and working with stakeholders at all levels to deliver outcomes
  • You will be able to commit to 3 days per week, pm (days to be negotiated)
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
