We specialise in a full range of plumbing services, including relining, drainage solutions, and gas fitting, and we're looking for a skilled Customer Service & Administration Officer to support our operations. If you understand the trade, enjoy problem-solving, and can coordinate jobs efficiently, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Communication: Answer phone calls professionally, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information about our services.
- Job Scheduling & Coordination: Book jobs, manage technician schedules, and ensure seamless communication between customers and our plumbing team.
- Administrative Support: Perform general admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining customer records.
- Trade Knowledge (Highly Regarded): Familiarity with plumbing terminology and services will be a huge advantage in job coordination.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Assess and troubleshoot basic customer concerns before escalating to the plumbing team.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all documentation, work orders, and scheduling information are accurate and up to date.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with plumbers, management, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations.
